Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and delivery destination of the items in the order.
Shipping charges, if any, will be collected at the time of purchase.

As the products are food and\/or health supplement products, and for reasons of food safety and hygiene, the Company does not accept any return requests under any circumstances.

In general, domestic shipments are delivered within 1 to 3 days.<\/p>\n

Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. HKT will be dispatched on the same day; otherwise, they will be dispatched on the next business day.
Our warehouse operates during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The warehouse will be closed on public holidays.
In such circumstances, we will use reasonable endeavours to minimise any delay in shipment.<\/p>\n

Requests to change the delivery address may be made at any time before the order has been dispatched.<\/p>\n
